Deputy Chief of Party/Director of Implementation, Mozambique
ACDI/VOCA is seeking a Deputy Chief of Party/Director of Implementation (DCOP/DOI) for the Mais Zambezia (+Z) component of the anticipated Coastal Livelihoods and Climate Resilience (CLCR) Project. The project focuses on sustainable development in coastal Zambezia, Mozambique, enhancing the management of coastal resources, local socio-economic development, and the fisheries sector.
The DCOP/DOI will guide research and implementation across two project phases. They will also lead strategy meetings with the Chief of Party to examine the project's progress. Additionally, they will oversee consulting and staff work for quality and innovation and build stakeholder relationships for collaborative project implementation, including with the local community, the government of Mozambique, the private sector, and other development actors. The program is anticipated to start in 2024, and this position will be based in Quelimane, Mozambique.
