Overview

The Advanced Marketing and Agribusiness Logistics (AMAL), Global Development Alliance (GDA) is a USAID-funded project that improves livelihoods in Upper Egypt, increases the integration of smallholder farmers into high-value markets, and promotes agricultural productivity and trade. ACDI/VOCA partnered with the Horticulture Export Improvement Association (HEIA) to establish a packhouse and Regional Center of Excellence (RCE) in Upper Egypt which serves as a knowledge and service hub for horticulture value chain actors.
